Moisture and wet entries
Rain tracking, slab moisture and wash-down are different problems. Identify their sources before selecting a primer or finish. A coating alone cannot correct drainage, a moving joint or uncontrolled moisture from below.
Sunlight and open-door exposure
Conventional epoxy can change appearance under UV exposure. Where sunlight reaches the floor, ask ALKA to review a suitable polyaspartic or polyurethane finish as part of a compatible system.
Installation conditions
Record substrate temperature, humidity and ventilation. Pot life, recoat intervals and return to traffic depend on the exact product and conditions. Allow time for preparation, repairs and curing in the project programme.

Start with ALKA 100 epoxy primer, ALKA 110 pigmented epoxy, ALKA 210 polyaspartic or ALKACRETE 255 PU cement where nominated by the selected system. These are different product roles, not a universal recipe.
