INFRASTRUCTURE

Protection starts with
the right specification.

Every structure has its own exposure, access and maintenance requirements. ALKA manufactures protective coatings for steel and selected concrete applications, supported by practical system guidance.

Explore solutions by industry, compare coating builds and work with our technical team to confirm the substrate, preparation, film thickness and finish for your application.

MATCH THE SYSTEM TO THE SERVICE

From atmospheric protection
to specialist linings.

Select a coordinated primer, barrier and finish rather than a product in isolation. Our system library covers external steel, routine maintenance, coastal atmosphere and wet or chemical service.

UNDERSTAND THE BUILD

Each layer has a purpose.

A complete coating system combines preparation, corrosion protection, barrier performance and the required surface finish.

This external steel example brings together a zinc-rich epoxy primer, high-build epoxy and polyurethane topcoat. Wet-service, chemical and maintenance applications use different builds.
