Waterproofing systems for the way the area is used.
Four clear layer schedules for tiled wet areas, pedestrian decks, vehicle traffic and specialist spray polyurea. Compare the intended exposure, then open each system for its schematic, product sequence and specification hold points.

The cards show the intended layer order from top to substrate. Final thickness, reinforcement, compatibility, slip resistance and construction details need project confirmation.

Tiled wet areas and balconies
A protected membrane below tile: ALKA 305 primer, two ALKA 312 coats and a compatible tile adhesive.

Pedestrian decks and paver areas
A pedestrian membrane build: ALKA 305 primer and two coats of ALKA 310, with paver protection detailed separately.

Vehicle traffic decks
ALKA 305 primer, two ALKA 310 membrane coats and two coats of a project-approved aliphatic traffic topcoat.

Spray polyurea membrane
ALKA 305 primer followed by ALKA 801 or ALKA 802 spray polyurea to the specified thickness, typically around 2 mm.
Application images are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of completed ALKA projects. Use each system page and current technical documents to confirm suitability for the project.
Specification starts beyond the membrane.
Provide drawings and conditions for substrate, falls, drainage, movement joints, penetrations, thresholds, exposure and surface finish. The NCC wet-area provisions and external waterproofing requirements, including AS 3740 and AS 4654 where applicable, must be checked for the building and jurisdiction. A listed build alone does not certify the assembly.
