SYSTEM BUILD-UP

ALKA-912 is a multi-layer decorative flooring system applied over mechanically prepared concrete.

The system typically consists of an ALKA-100 primer, followed by an ALKA-110S pigmented base coat into which decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast while the coating is still wet.

Once cured, excess flakes are removed and the surface is sealed with a selected clear protective finish such as ALKA-1122, ALKA-200, ALKA-204 or ALKA-206, depending on UV exposure, required wear resistance and final appearance.
