ALKA-909 is a high-performance resin flooring system engineered to provide a durable, seamless and UV-stable surface for aircraft hangars, aviation workshops and demanding industrial environments.

Designed for large floor areas exposed to natural light, aircraft traffic and regular maintenance operations, ALKA-909 combines a high-build self-levelling epoxy body coat with a UV-stable polyurethane finish to provide excellent durability while maintaining long-term colour and appearance.

SYSTEM BUILD-UP

ALKA-909 is a multi-layer resin flooring system applied over mechanically prepared concrete.

The system typically consists of an ALKA-105 primer, followed by a 2–3 mm ALKA-111 self-levelling epoxy body coat providing the main structural and wearing layer of the system.

The surface is then finished with 1–2 coats of ALKA-210 UV-stable aliphatic polyurethane, providing improved UV resistance, colour stability and long-term appearance retention.
