Designed for applications where a full heavy-duty PU-cement topping is not required, ALKA-907 provides an economical thin-build solution with improved resistance to abrasion, moisture and general industrial exposure.

    SYSTEM BUILD-UP

    ALKA-907 is a multi-coat polyurethane-cement flooring system applied over mechanically prepared concrete.

    The system typically consists of appropriate substrate preparation followed by multiple coats of ALKA-252 PU-cement coating, creating a continuous, seamless and durable protective surface.

    The number of coats and final surface texture can be adjusted according to the required service conditions and slip-resistance requirements.

    Typical System Thickness: 0.5–1.0 mm
