ALKA-905 is a high-performance smooth polyurethane cement flooring system engineered for industrial and commercial environments requiring a durable, hygienic and chemically resistant floor finish.

The system combines the durability and chemical resistance of PU-cement technology with a smoother, more refined surface than heavy-duty textured PU-cement systems, making it particularly suitable for production and processing areas where cleanability and appearance are important.

ALKA-905 provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, moisture and regular industrial cleaning while maintaining a seamless, easy-to-maintain surface.

    SYSTEM BUILD-UP

    ALKA-905 is a multi-layer smooth PU-cement flooring system designed to provide a durable, seamless and chemically resistant surface.

    The system combines a prepared concrete substrate with ALKA-100 primer with broadcast aggregate, followed by an ALKA-255 PU-cement body coat and ALKA-252 topcoat, creating a smooth and sealed industrial flooring system.

    Typical System Thickness: 3–6 mm
