ALKA-904 is a high-performance PU-cement flooring system designed for environments where conventional epoxy flooring may not provide sufficient resistance to thermal shock, moisture, chemicals and severe mechanical wear.

The system produces a dense, seamless and highly durable surface suitable for demanding industrial areas exposed to hot-water washdown, temperature fluctuations, heavy traffic and aggressive cleaning regimes.

With a typical system thickness of 6–9 mm, ALKA-904 provides exceptional durability and long-term protection for concrete substrates in food processing, manufacturing and other heavy-duty industrial facilities.

SYSTEM BUILD-UP

ALKA-904 is a multi-layer polyurethane cement flooring system designed to provide exceptional mechanical, chemical and thermal performance.

The system combines a suitable primer/sealer with a heavy-duty ALKA-255 PU-Cement mortar/topping, producing a dense and durable flooring system capable of performing under severe industrial service conditions.
