How the network works

ALKA manufactures and supplies coating systems and provides project-specific technical support. Installation enquiries may be referred to a suitable applicator based on location, capability, availability and project type.

Use of the term Approved Applicator is limited to businesses that have completed ALKA’s documented assessment requirements. Referral does not replace the applicator’s responsibility for site assessment, quotation, licensing, insurance, workmanship and contractual obligations.

Applicator assessment areas

• Business registration, licensing and current insurance
• Relevant flooring or protective coating experience
• Surface preparation equipment and safe work capability
• Product and system training
• Project records, quality control and customer communication
• Compliance with ALKA application instructions and batch traceability requirements

For property owners and project teams

Submit the project location, scope, timing and available photos or drawings. ALKA will review the enquiry and, where suitable coverage is available, introduce an applicator with relevant capability.

For applicators

Applications should include service areas, project types, licences, insurance, team capability, preparation equipment and examples of completed work. Acceptance and lead allocation are not automatic and remain subject to the network criteria and performance review.
